    How do I pay school fees from the app?

    Open the app → Fees → select the pending fee → tap Pay Now. You can pay via UPI or card.

    How do I track the school bus?

    Open the app → Transport → your child's route. The live map appears when the driver has started broadcasting.

    I forgot my login password.

    On the login screen, tap 'Forgot Password' and follow the steps, or contact your school admin to reset it.

    My school is not onboarded yet.

    Ask your school admin to contact us at support@gurukulos.com and we'll get you set up within 2 days.

    The app is not loading or crashing.

    Force close the app, check your internet connection, and reopen. If the issue persists, email us with your device model and OS version.

    How do I request a new feature?
